Christina Hadjisavvas
Christina studied dance at her local dance school from a young age. Here, as a child she performed in many shows and dance festivals, and at the age of 13 she knew that she wanted some sort of future career in dance.
At 18, after completing her A-levels, Christina successfully auditioned at many prestigious dance colleges in the UK, and decided to go to ‘The Dance College’, which specialised in dance teaching. Here she studied Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern-Theatre, Tap Dance and National Dance, all under the ISTD (Imperial Society Teachers of Dancing). Here she achieved her Advanced 2 exams which is the highest level in all 4 genres, and also gained x4 CDE’s (Certificate in Dance Education), therefore being fully qualified and able to enter students for dance exams under one of the most prestigious examining boards in the world. Christina's students so far have passed their dance exams with 100% pass rate.
Christina has also had the opportunity to learn and teach Cecchetti Ballet, another famous method, as well as IDTA and BTDA Modern and Tap. She also regularly attends courses as she believes CPD is of most importance- this broadens her dance knowledge, and in turn inspires her to pass this expertise on to her students,.
As well as teaching, Christina has performed in many professionally produced stage shows, touring with Andy Mawbey and the Big Band across the UK and Germany as a cabaret dancer. However, her love is choreographing dances for pantomimes, shows, auditions and competitions, which have all resulted in fantastic marks and commendations from dance specialists.
Christina has now been teaching dance for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience teaching in various dance schools, private and state schools and at Cambridgeshire University. She has taught a wide range of ages, from children of 2 and a half years to 18 years, as well as adults.
After many years of teaching, choreographing and performing, Christina felt ready to start up her own classes in 2013. Since then, Dance Dedication has grown from strength to strength, starting with just 5 pupils, with now over 150 pupils.
Christina is an inspirational teacher, full of boundless energy and fun who motivates her students to achieve the best they can. She is sensitive to the needs of her students and especially caring with the little ones. Her classes for the younger children are creative and taught with a wonderful sense of fun and her work with the older students is both challenging and motivating.
Rachael Byham
I started dancing at the age of three at The Quay School of Theatre Dance in my home town of Sudbury, Suffolk. I continued my dance training here for fifteen years until, on completion of my A Levels, I gained a place at Penny Meekings Teacher Training College in Hertfordshire.
Whilst at college I studied the genres of Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap and National and was awarded my Diploma in Dance Education. I am always striving to develop my knowledge and skills as a dance teacher and regularly attend courses held by the I.S.T.D. I get real pleasure out of teaching children to do something that I am so passionate about.
Hannah Caughtry
Hannah graduated from Performers College in Essex in 2022 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre and Dance. Since then, she has built an exciting career in the performing arts, appearing as a Dancer/Stand-In on ITV’s The Masked Singer, performing as a Dancer at the UEFA EURO 2020 Final at Wembley Stadium, and working as a Lead Vocalist for Warner Theatre Company, Explosive Productions Ltd, Pontins Pakefield Holiday Village, and Pure Entertainments’ Greatest Christmas Show. She most recently came back to Cambridge to perform in Cambridge Operatic Society’s production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the Corn Exchange as both Dance Captain and Ensemble.
Alongside her performing career, Hannah discovered a passion for teaching and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of performers. She strives to create a positive, supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop strong technical foundations, and most importantly, enjoy their love of dance. Hannah is qualified in Acrobatic Arts and holds IDTA Dance Teacher Qualifications.
Throughout her professional career, Hannah has also taken on the roles of Show/Dance Captain, developing strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. She brings these qualities into every class, encouraging teamwork, discipline, creativity, and confidence in all of her students
Hannah is proud to share her industry experience with the next generation, helping each student develop not only as a dancer but also as a confident, resilient individual. She looks forward to welcoming every student into her classes and supporting them on their own dance journey, whether that be professional or recreational.
Amy Campbell
Amy's love of dance began at the age of three when she trained at the Alverstoke School of Dancing in Gosport.
At 16 Amy successfully auditioned at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom and received a scholarship from Hampshire County Council for her training. She studied Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap Dance and National Dance all under the esteemed Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).
While training at Laines Amy was asked to take part in the Disco section for Peggy Spencer and London South on BBC Come Dancing with Angela Rippon where she and her partner won the competition for London South. Amy left Laine Theatre Arts with associate Diplomas in Tap and Modern Theatre Dance.
Her professional career took her around the world for several years on cruise ships as head girl, dance captain, lead parts and a magician's assistant. Her West End debut followed performing for 2 years in the original cast of Saturday Night Fever as a Disco Dancer and then a swing at The London Palladium. She worked on the movie premiere Down with Love for 20th Century Fox and performed on many cabarets at West End’s Café de Paris.

Amy has now been teaching and entering students for exams for twenty years and since finishing her performing career has continued to add to her teaching qualifications. She is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive, striving to meet the individual needs of each student fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment by embracingdiversity and celebrating the unique talents of every individual.
Clarice Ridley
Clarice has been dancing since the age of three, going on to train professionally at Laine Theatre Arts and Trinity Laban. She has had the privilege of competing at a national level, including the prestigious Genée Challenge. Clarice's professional experience includes dancing at Disneyland Paris and appearing in music videos for artists such as Little Mix.
Now, as a proud mother to her two-year-old son, she is excited to begin a new chapter, sharing her passion and experience with the wonderful students at Dance Dedication.
